You may use this site for lawful personal or business purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. You agree not to:
The text, images, layout and other material on this site belong to Canada Dental IT or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference; any other use needs our written permission.
Software and product names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the software we support. Their use does not imply endorsement.
We keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is general information only. Service details, response and recovery times, and availability depend on your clinic's setup and the agreement we make with you.
Nothing on this site is professional advice for your specific situation. Speak with us before relying on it.
Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Submitting the consultation form is an enquiry and does not create a contract.
A contract is formed only when we both agree specific terms in writing, such as a signed proposal or service agreement. Those terms govern our services and take priority over these terms where they differ.
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, including for maintenance or security.
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them, linking to them is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content or terms.
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties about the site, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, for use of the website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
If your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms causes us a loss or a claim from someone else, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of British Columbia, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Before starting a formal dispute, please call us. Most issues are resolved with a conversation.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with any written agreement between us, are the whole agreement about your use of this site.
